When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, contact email, phone number and requirements. We also record the selected product, the page the form was submitted from, the submission time and a reference number. A successful submission is saved in our website database so our team can follow up.
How we use your enquiry
We also record the IP address used to submit your enquiry and, where available, its estimated country or region. We use an IP location database on our server to understand where enquiries come from. The estimate may reflect a VPN, proxy or network provider and does not identify your nationality or exact location.
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss specifications and quotations, and keep a record of the enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to your business request. Your enquiry is not displayed publicly on the website.
Email and WhatsApp
You can also contact us using the separate email and WhatsApp links. Messages sent through those services are handled by the selected provider under its own terms and privacy policies. These links are separate from submitting the website form.
Website operation
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The form does not save contact details in browser storage.
Website usage analytics
We use first-party analytics to count page visits, button clicks, approximate click positions, scrolling and whether an enquiry form was started or submitted. We store this data in our website database. A random identifier in session storage groups activity in the same browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We estimate a country from the connection IP using a local database; analytics records do not retain the full IP. Short-lived hashed IP buckets help limit abusive requests.
Our first-party analytics does not record form field contents, passwords, full URL query strings, screenshots or session recordings. These first-party event records remain in our website database.
Google Ads
We also use the Google Ads tag on our public website to support advertising measurement. Google may receive information such as the page URL, advertising click identifiers and technical request information, and may use cookies to associate visits with advertising interactions. This is separate from the first-party analytics stored in our database. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
After our server confirms that an enquiry has been saved, we send an enquiry conversion event to Google Ads when advertising measurement is enabled. The event includes a random enquiry reference to help prevent duplicate counting. We do not include your name, email, phone number or enquiry text in this conversion event.
Our usage analytics and Google Ads tag respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable them below; this stores your preference in this browser and reloads the page to apply it. This choice does not delete information already collected. Administrator pages and embedded heatmap previews do not load the Google Ads tag.
